Guidelines: Posting Bug Reports

Before creating a bug report, be sure to visit the Known Bugs Sticky post to be sure your issue isn't currently known.

When submitting a bug report, please include as much information as you can. Following the bellow format will help to pin point the bug as quickly as possible.

Format:

• Android version
  
• Device Name
  
• Issue description
  
• How to reproduce this issue
  
• Mini Epoch version
  
• Any additional details
  

Finding Your Android version.
You can find your device's Android version number in your Settings app.
Depending on your device this may be in one of the following locations:
    A.
    - Open your device's Settings app.
    - Near the bottom, tap "System" and then "Advanced" and then "System update".
    - Here you will see your "Android version".
    B.
    - Open your device's Settings app.
    - Near the bottom, tap "About phone".
    - Here you will see your "Android version".
    C.
    - Open your device's Settings app.
    - Near the bottom, tap "About phone" and then "Software Info".
    - Here you will see your "Android version".



Finding Your Device Name.
You can find your device's Model/Name in your Settings app.
Depending on your device this may be in one of the following locations:
    A.
    - Open your device's Settings app.
    - Near the bottom, tap "System" and then "Advanced".
    - Here you will see your "Device Name".
    B.
    - Open your device's Settings app.
    - Near the bottom, tap "About phone".
    - Here you will see your "Device Name".



Finding Your Mini Epoch Version.
You can easily find which version of Mini Epoch you are running by opening Mini Epoch.
The version number is displayed bellow "Mini Epoch" text on the title screen. 


We may delete threads which are duplicates, which correspond to known bugs or do not adhering to these guidelines.
